CATERING
24 ZŁ/day*

• Menu rich in vegetables and fruits, maintaining seasonality
Variety of groats, natural cereals, rice, wholemeal flours, whole grain pasta
• Plenty of herbs (fresh in season), nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame, flaxseed powder, and dried fruits: raisins, apricots, plums, figs, and more
• Diet rich in high-quality protein products: legumes, fresh eggs, and fish
• Fermented products, especially during winter
• Minimal salt in dishes

Starter Kit

• Spare clothes (at least 3 sets)

• 9:00 AM – Breakfast
• 10:30 AM – Soup
• 11:00 AM – Outdoor time
• 12:00 PM – Main course
• 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM – Nap or rest time
